Agriculture 11 lines collector ring for center pivot irrigation system
Features:
1. with 11 rings the collector ring gives total connection between the main electric panel and the spans
2. Bearing rotate,make sure good performance.
3. the collector ring is water proofed
4. Stainless steel shaft makes long lifetime.
Installation:
The collector ring is installed on the center pivot irrigation frame,consists of rotation part and fixation part.The rotatry structure of rotating prt connected device called "roter:,the fixed part installed on the bracket of the equipment,called "stator"
The "rotar" is fixed through the G1" threaded hole or the G 1/2" threaded hole on the base side.The "stator" is installed on the base through the mouting shaft G1"
Maintenance:
1. The center piovt collect ring's working temperature:-40℃~+80℃
2. Do not operated the device over the rated voltage and current.
3. Please replace the carbon brush when it is weared more than 1/4 of the original length,
4. Please grease the injection nozzle regularly to prolong the life of bearing.
